In a giant space ship, a city was built inside a water recycle chamber. In the centre of this city a tower is under construction in order to reach the black gap on the ceiling of the chamber.

I Hate School

I had a pretty scaring dream when I was in high school.

In that dream, I wake up in my room, picked up a sport pistol (the only firearm that I have fired, looks identical to Walther GSP Expert .22).

Then I got out of my room and turned out I was in school. (Do not ask me why or when did I get dressed).

.22 Rounds were quite rare, just like in Silent Hill universe - lacking of bullets. So, most of time, I needed to keep some other melee weapons like water pipe and baseball bat.

There were dead bodies all over the place, and some scary things walking around. Classrooms and corridors were decorated with blood stink and gores.

Well, it could be the effect of a Silent Hill 4 trailer that came from my video game magazine.

The statue is borrowed from Berlin Victory Column (Berliner Siegessäule). In my picture, it is an angel with no face.

Get my new ViewSonic VG2227wm monitor, on which everything now looks better. The contrast and colour is simply great.

I have finished Halo:Reach on legendary difficulty, so, just for one time - I am awesome! And the game is unnecessarily hard! AI companies are idiots! I want to explore some forerunner structures!

Well, this is the end of the beginning of the franchise (what's wrong with my brain?). Although Halo Reach is not a perfect farewell party, it is a decent game anyway.

A Web Site For My Old University

When I was in my former university, I did a website for a department of university, both UI and CMS.
Well, it is the so-called United Front Work Department.

They wanted the background colour to be red. Then I had a long conversation with them about how #f00 looks very offensive when it fills the whole background.

This is the interface of CMS. I built it on Apache + MySQL + php, fully AJAX. After this, one thing is clear to me - I do not want to be a programmer.

Fei Tian (飛天).
A Chinese version of Flying Apsara (Vidhya Dhari). The Chinese characters (飛天) can be loosely translated as "Flying Heavenly (Beings)".

Apart from its Buddhism origin, the Chinese version of Fly Apsara is a mixture of Buddhism myth and Chinese fairy tale of Chang'e, who has literally "flown to the moon".

In fact, Chang'e flies to the moon, which is a Taoism fairy tale, is completely different from Flying Apsara in concept. The Chinese Flying Apasra is, however, clearly influenced by the other myth. In Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD), Fly Apsara was usually presented by female dancer that dressed in Indian costume, sometimes with a PiPa (琵琶), which is a Chinese originated four-string instrument that belongs to plucked category. Your can see this instrument in my sketch.
